The Shop Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of vehicle modifications and repairs.

Supervision and Leadership:

Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle modifications and repairs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Implement and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality workmanship.

Workflow Management:

Coordinate and prioritize service orders to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

Optimize shop efficiency through effective scheduling and resource allocation.

Technical Expertise:

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in adaptive vehicle technology.

Provide technical assistance and expertise to technicians when needed.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and any additional required repairs.

Address customer concerns or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Inventory Management:

Oversee and manage inventory levels of parts and materials required for vehicle modifications and repairs.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking of essential supplies.

What you should possess:

High school diploma or GED required

General automotive maintenance experience.

Experience working with brake and steering systems.

Solid electrical and/or automotive wiring experience,

Experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems.

Strong background in electronic troubleshooting and repair

Strong mechanical problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform in a “Team Environment”
