The Global Mobility Manager establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being a Global Mobility Manager approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. In addition, Global Mobility Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Global Mobility Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. LOCATION:
This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must live in the Midwest and within 50 miles of a major airport.
THE POSITION:
Reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing Operations for CPM’s Industrial Solutions Business Unit, the Global Continuous Improvement Manager is a key team member responsible for facilitating the integration of continuous improvement into the plant operations at the platform level and supporting the twelve global site locations that make up the Industrial Solutions platform. This job will require on average 60% travel.
