The Global Mobility Manager establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being a Global Mobility Manager approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. In addition, Global Mobility Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Global Mobility Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a Global Pricing Manager for our Waters Division Organization. Waters Division includes our commercial engine for Waters Corporation, providing Sales, Service, Marketing, Technical and other support across the globe.
This position will report directly to the Global Director of Pricing in a high visibility role responsible for driving pricing excellence across the organization & in building advanced pricing proficiencies like value pricing, pricing based on product life cycle management, and value selling across product management.
