Golf Superintendent - Assistant jobs in Chico, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to join our construction team. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise
- Assist in managing project budgets and tracking expenses
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and RFIs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs
- Familiarity with Primavera scheduling software and HeavyBid estimating software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
