Additionally, Golf Superintendent - Assistant may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a golf course superintendent. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of golf operations, including but not limited to providing exceptional customer service, organizing tournaments, managing tee times, conducting golf lessons, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of members and guests.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests. Be available for private lessons, clinics, and junior camps.
Assist in managing daily golf operations, including tee time reservations, tournament organization, and golf shop sales.
Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all skill levels. Assist with golf club repair and equipment fitting services.
Maintain accurate records of golf rounds, lesson schedules, and inventory. Assist in the coordination and execution of golf events, clinics, and outings.
Uphold course policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players. Maintain a clean and organized golf shop and practice facility.
