Monitors and analyses proposed legislation, emerging issues, and trends and prepare reports and informational documents to inform and support business leaders.     Job Description
    Sell TruGreen services in the residential industry to new and existing customers. Channels include in-person and outbound phone calls. Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within given territories. Generate and secure new residential sales revenue by scheduling appointments to meet with prospective customers who request a quote online or by phone, and prospecting the neighboring homes. Work home and garden show booths to generate new residential leads. Manage small groups of temporary resources for designated territories. Execute multiple campaigns throughout the season to maximize growth, and upsell services to existing customers. Responsible for direct customer contact for retention campaigns.

    Requirements

    • All positions require a valid driver’s license and some may require appropriate state/local licensing
    • Experience working in a customer facing role is preferred
    • Direct outside sales or professional marketing experience preferred
    • Acquire pesticide certification as required by federal, state, or local law
    • The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English is required
    • You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job
    • Ability to present services to customers in a professional manner
    • Strong time management, organization, and leadership skills
    • Required to regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms, speak and hear, use close vision, lift or move up to 25 lbs.
