As a Fleet Manager at DCF, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our fleet of vehicles is properly maintained, safe, and ready to support our critical mission.


    Responsibilities: As a Fleet Manager, you will:


    • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of DCF's Suncoast Regions fleet of vehicles, including sedans, vans, and trucks.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor fleet-related expenses and budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing practical solutions.
    • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to pay for maintenance and Sunpass programs.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the fleet.
    • Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:


    • Experience in Automotive Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven expertise in fleet management.
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in fleet management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
    • Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations related to vehicle operations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with Smartsheet systems.
    • Exemplary focus on detail
