The ideal candidates will possess the following skills: Professional and positive attitude, Great phone etiquette - have the ability to make 100-150 calls daily. Solid computer/Internet and phone skills. Strong work ethic; punctual, reliable, Daily routine includes: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls quickly and effectively respond to all inbound prospects including online and over the phone. Communicate efficiently with customers to find their needs. Follow up calls with customers who visit showroom to ensure they had a good experience. Follow up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic, Stay up to date on our current advertising and the details of advertised offers, able to follow calls scripts to set appointments for customers. Follow up with customers to increase dealership traffic. Must have reliable transportation. Saturdays a Must !
