Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator operates a specially equipped tractor to gouge out, level, and distribute earth. Prepares land for constructing roads and buildings. Being a Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. - Sort donated items and identify great finds
- Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we can keep it out of the landfill!
- Get those great finds sales floor ready
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
- Clean up and reset the processing area at the end of each day

Whether we are hanging the perfect jeans (thrifting one pair of jeans saves the world 1,800 gallons of water ya know!) or separating out recyclable materials, we combine our passion for customers and community service.

Primary Job Duties
- Loading and unloading carts
- Inspecting clothes and other items
- Classifying items based upon manufacturer, quality, and condition levels
- Cleaning and preparing items for the sales floor
- Sorting and pricing products
- Consolidating goods
- Keeping work area neat and clean
- Working safely and efficiently
- Other duties as may be assigned by management
- High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Able to understand and execute company policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
- Capable of building and sustaining relationships with peers and management
- Able to accurately keep records and communicate progress to management
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities at one time
