Come Join our great team of teachers! We are hiring for an Assistant Director/Head Teacher Office position.

This position can have the qualifications of a Head Teacher and or Assistant Director. This position will support to teachers, head teachers, program directors and director. To provide quality care for children in such a way that they remain enrolled and are benefiting from the center program family services.

· Performing all work according to government laws, mandates and other policies and procedures

· Guarding and protecting all information of a confidential manner.

· Evaluating all work, systems and procedures, and staff assigned to this position

· Exhibiting warmth, emotional, stability and awareness of emotional needs of subordinates at all times

· Licensing for the position in accordance with State of New Jersey Regulations

· Meets the qualifications as outlines in the DYFS Manual

· Any additional duties assigned by the Director

· Demonstrate the following qualities: makes good judgements, self-motivated, follows directions, creative, reliable, and dependable.

· Willing to continually increase knowledge in the ECE field.

· Exhibits sincere interest in working with children and is knowledgably regarding children’s developmental growth.

· Sign a Criminal History Disclosure Waiver

· Flexability of hours within employment (position may be part-time or full -time)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.13 per hour
