    Who We’re Looking For:

    As a key member of the Urology team, the Clinical Education Administrator will provide courteous, efficient, and effective administrative support to Laborie customers, clinical education, field service, commercial and marketing and events team members.

    About the Role:

    • Monitor various communication methods including Call Center phone queue, messages, and CE/FT/Service line chats, and engage available resources as needed.
    • Coordinate site visits for customer needs including installation of new equipment, training and education for new and existing equipment, and follow up training as needed.
    • Assign field and clinical team members through ticketing system, provide follow up to ensure completion of all required actions, manage visit documentation, and maintain CE team calendar for available resources and scheduling.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Events team regarding logistics, contracts, registration, and participants of live and online educational courses.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment.
    • Ability to work successfully in a highly energized environment with multiple projects.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and technical aptitude including ERP systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Healthcare experience and/or urodynamics experience is a plus.
    • Post-secondary education is an asset.
