The Manager Institutional Graduate Medical Education Program is responsible for:
- In partnership with other Graduate Medical Education leadership, this role will assist with the strategic planning, maintenance, readiness, evaluation, and management of all institutional Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs within BayCare.
- Other key responsibilities will include but not be limited to preparation of financial documents and budget projection, creation of leadership goals across programs; recruitment, hiring and training of program managers; policy and procedure creation, documentation, and revision; creation and facilitation of team training and orientation as well as oversight of the System used for GME records and reporting.
- This role will also participate in local, regional and national activities on behalf of BayCare’s GME programs.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Required 7 years relevant Graduate Medical Education/Residency Program with a Bachelors Degree
- Required 4 years experience in a healthcare system with multiple GME programs with a Masters Degree
