We are looking for individuals who want to continue to grow their knowledge in the cannabis industry to join our Higher Love team. This position will require the ability to work nights and weekends.

    We are a wellness focused cannabis dispensary. Our stores offer a wide selection of the finest strains of flower, concentrates, topicals, and edibles. We are a deli style dispensary offering a wide range of products. We strive to provide our customers with a great experience and the ability to take an active role in their wellness through the use of our products.

    All staff are here to assist, provide guidance, and education to each patient. All staff are required to complete training that will help them be able to provide better guidance to our customers. They will be expected to be knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly to ensure we are cultivating a welcoming environment that brings our patients back to us time after time.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    ● Provide strong customer service daily to include an optimistic attitude, welcoming personality, and driven work-ethic. Must be able to provide great customer service to all customers.

    ● Become well-educated with all products offered and be willing to continue learning as the industry expands.

    ● Complete opening and closing procedures to ensure the cleanliness of the facility, as well as ensuring all online menus are current with daily offerings and specials

    ● Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients on-site and over the phone

    ● Process new patients by getting proper information securely entered in our POS system
    ● Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, checking-in patients, and updating patient files
    ● Handle customer carry-out orders, verify ID and medical cards, process and cash out orders, and run orders out to customers.

    ● Follow all rules and regulations to ensure we are compliant with MRA and the State of Michigan.
    ● Educate customers to ensure all patients are recommended the correct medication that will best help achieve their desired effects
    ● Complete tasks such as shoveling, salting, and removing any hazards from the property as needed within reason.

    Qualified Candidates should meet the requirements below:

    Must be 21 years of age or older
    ● Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and repeated absences for shifts is not tolerated
    ● Reliable transportation
    ● At least 1 year of Customer Service and Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    ● Able to lift 20 lbs and be able to work on their feet for long shifts
    ● Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, Flexible hours / availability, willing to cover shifts
    ● Must be able to pass a background check
    ● Must be a team player and work well with others and the public as well as follow rules and regulations.
