The Role:
We are seeking a Regional Community Lead who will focus on increasing enrollment rates within our Guidepost Montessori school locations. This role entails managing 10-14 accounts at a time, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
This position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments, possess a growth-oriented mindset, and are skilled at incrementally defining their role as they advance. In collaboration with various internal teams and your regional team, you will ensure each of our schools achieves or maintains strong enrollment numbers.
