Position Summary
All positions are brand ambassadors and customer service representatives for the Higher Collective brand in our retail locations. All are responsible for exemplary Customer Service, always providing customers with a smooth experience in purchasing adult-use cannabis products that we offer. We're seeking individuals with exceptional personalities, work ethic and who work well in high traffic environments.
We are seeking candidates with flexible availabilities who are also able to work nights and weekends. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Position Summary:
Team Leads are pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cannabis products, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the industry. Responsible for leading, mentoring and motivations staff, in addition to fulfilling orders behind the retail counter and issuing pre- packaged products that have been purchased to customers.
