Compu-Link is a team of reverse mortgage servicing professionals who solve servicing issues every minute of every day. The subservicing subject matter expertise of our people is unparalleled! We are a Federal Contractor specializing in servicing the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage contract for HUD in Tulsa, OK.

Job Duties:

• Receive, open, sort and log documents in a heavy volume mail room
• Establish and maintain working relationships with employees in other departments
• Learn key components, operations, and functions for all departments
• Prepare documents for scanning into digital files
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower information

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent is required (Associates degree is preferred)
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
• Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team
• Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
• Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines)
• Proven Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
• Positive attitude and professional image at all times
