    Major Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of work plans, materials and forms needed for timely submittal of funding applications.
    • Partner with internal Electrification Team, HQ internal staff, and field staff (AGM, Location Managers) to secure all deliverables needed to respond to funding opportunities in a timely manner.
    • Support on-going research of federal, state, local government, and utility company funding opportunities.
    • Work with Electrification Team to further develop and maintain electronic funding preparation, submission, and record keeping systems.
    • Facilitate funding opportunity calls, meeting note taking and distribution.
    • Development and on-going upkeep of funding opportunity annual calendar.
    • Assist with on-going external funding award reporting requirements.
    • Assist in on-going internal funding opportunity project reporting requirements.
    • Assist with other projects as needed



    Minimum Education or Certifications Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in business discipline or equivalent experience



    Minimum Experience or Skills Required

    • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite required
    • 3 years in a project administration role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to independently run multiple projects / tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work with all groups and levels of the organization (electrification, operations, procurement, marketing, finance)
    • Experience with project planning, meeting timelines, adhering to the scope of work, and reporting requirements.
