    As our Business Development Specialist, you'll not only lead our growth initiatives but also be pivotal in managing our client relationships. Your role involves deeply understanding client needs, maintaining ongoing our existing relationships, while connecting with and creating new relationships within the community, all with the focus of ensuring satisfaction with our services.

    The Role

    As our primary point of contact, you will be representing a team with incredible industry experience and an in-depth know-how of the process itself.

    To that end, we are looking for someone who can focus on the following:

    • Sales & Relationship Building: Lead the sales process while nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Understand their financial objectives and be part of a team that provides solutions to align their goals.
    • Client Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
    • Leads Generation & Client Retention: Develop new leads and maintain existing client relationships, focusing on long-term client satisfaction.
    • Collaborative Client Management: Work closely with our team to provide a seamless and comprehensive client experience.
    • Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and client feedback to refine your approach to client service and sales.
    • Efficient Workflow Management: Organize and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient client service and relationship management.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven Track Record in Sales & Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in not only sales but also in maintaining and growing client relationships.
    • CRM Proficiency: Adept at using CRM tools to manage client interactions and maintain relationships.
    • Effective Communication: Skilled in clearly conveying complex concepts and building trust with clients.
    • Adaptive and Flexible: Ready to embrace change and continuously seek better methods to improve client service and relationships.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
