Stanford's mission is to create safe, beautiful, friendly, and engaged living communities and we are looking for a Cleaning Specialist to join our team at our affordable housing complex in Cornish, Maine.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to restrooms, offices, common areas, and kitchens

- Respond to tenant work orders as needed.

- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

- Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies is maintained at the site

-Assist Maintenance Team to complete timely unit turns.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

- Reliable transportation to and from work
