Description

Assists Service Manager, writes repair orders; maintains customer rapport and records. Coordinates with Service Manager on job assignments to service technicians and communicates job status to customers.  

•  Manage technician time clock for accurate reporting of time on repair orders.
•  Open repair orders as needed for both internal and external customers. 
•  Assists Service Manager with customer request for service, both on the phone and in person.
•  Assists Service Manager with warranty expirations.
•  Assists Service Manager with the timely completion of all product improvement programs.   
•  Assists in maintaining customer equipment lists for accuracy.
•  Reviews all completed repair orders for completeness and accuracy prior to service manager approval to be closed. 
•  Closes the repair orders once approved by Service Manager.

Requirements

• Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred.
• Equipment operational knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
