Reeve Trucking is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Individual to join our team. This person will support the current manager with various tasks related to permitting. This individual should have a strong work ethic and be reliable with great attendance. This position is best suited for a career minded candidate who wants to gain valuable experience with advancement potential.

Salary: Based on experience

-Demonstrate leadership skills in areas outside of normal job responsibilities

-Demonstrate ability to complete tasks regardless of obstacles.

- Excellent time management must be able to meet strict deadlines

-Computer savvy, in all Microsoft office software

-Basic understanding of measurements and mathematics

-Strong problem-solving skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-High attention to detail

-Flexibility as this position does require long hours

-Familiarity of Trucking / Transportation preferred but not required

General Tasks:

-Ordering state and local permits

-Data entry

-Ordering pilot drivers

- Coordination of pilot drivers

-Ability to read maps/good sense of direction

-Create maps and routes

-Assist permits department in all other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
