Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Writer. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating service requests at our dealership in . This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Provide estimates for service repairs and communicate them to customers - Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of service orders and invoices Requirements: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes, including oil changes, tire services, shocks/struts, and diesel engine repair - Ability to align customer needs with appropriate services - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Cash handling experience is preferred - Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus - Mechanical knowledge is an asset If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
