Title: Sr. Graphic Design Specialist
Location: Ardmore, OK
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000 - 95,000/yr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
We are looking for a graphic designer who will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of original graphic works of art that span across all communication mediums including print, social media, and web.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and adapt graphics, text, video, and other content for the Institute's websites.
- Develop a project plan, create storyboarding (when appropriate), and produce preliminary visual solutions for review and approval.
- Work within the guidelines outlined in the project creative brief to deliver timely, approved solutions in the appropriate mediums and in alignment with Institute standards.
- Steward the institute's name, logo, brand, and image.
- Product Management - Work within the Agile framework to manage multiple projects from conception to delivery, ensuring the production of the highest quality product and maintaining deadlines. Consult with requestors to determine project needs and specifications. Maintain project files and follow archiving standards.
- Print Production – Utilize the Institute's print shop, including printing (e.g., posters, booklets, brochures, etc.), mounting, laminating, binding, cutting, etc. to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned products for customers.
- Customer Service – Use a customer service-focused approach for all interactions and tasks. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with employees, contractors, visitors, and guests.
- Team Membership – Support and contribute to the objectives of your team, and its contribution to the goal of the organization. Represent Noble's mission and values. Care for the land and its improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design is required.
- Experience with video editing, animation, and use of a content management system is preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to generate creative ideas for various graphic mediums, stewarding these ideas from inception and production to delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer use and knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet use).
- Proficiency with Macintosh and Windows OS. Basic knowledge of languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premier.
- Effective interpersonal relations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer-focused services.
- Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environments and priorities.
- Work under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Education Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is required.
