We are looking for a Customer Service / Graphic Design Specialist who loves working with people, have a great work ethic and is very organized. This person will manage the front desk and prepare printing jobs.
This person will provide telephone and in-person assistance to our valued clients. They provide exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services and/or resolving issues or concerns in person, on the phone, and via the internet. In addition, this person helps with administrative duties, gathers information for follow up for the Sales team, and helps process orders.
We require a team player with a pleasant and courteous personality, who is fluent in English, can provide excellent support and customer service even during times of stress. Strong phone and computer skills are required. Previous customer service or other related experience is highly preferred.
