• Keep upper management informed of potential challenges and solutions.


• Collaborate daily with other departments to optimize job flow across the company.

• Partner with sales reps and customers to create stunning design layouts that exceed expectations.


• Revise designs with precision until proof approval is achieved.


• Prepare flawless print files for production, tackling 8-12 projects a day with efficiency and flair.

• A design virtuoso with a knack for both artistry and leadership.


• Stellar communication skills to navigate between team, management, and customers.

• Experience in graphic design software (you know the tools of the trade!).

• $70,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on level of experience)

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.


• At least three years in graphic design required.


• At least three years of proven leadership experience is required.


• Previous experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

• Reliable, dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive, dedicated, follows directions, can work independently.


• Fluent in Adobe Illustrator CC, knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop CC, proficient in Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets).


• Detailed eye - can spell correctly and type quickly


• Efficiency-minded - you love the beauty of design but understand the necessity of speed and efficient workflow.


• You have patience: Constant revisions from your coworkers and customers under tight deadlines can be very trying at times and takes a patient and understanding person.


• Solutions and systems driven - constantly looking to improve, simplify, and refine processes.


• Good communicator, both written and verbal.


• Well organized.


• Strong leadership qualities.
