What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor, you'll:
Oversee and inspire a team of designers to deliver their best work.

Lead regular 1:1s to support, guide, and motivate your crew.

Establish and uphold best practices for an efficient, harmonious workflow.
As a Controller, you'll:
Develop and enforce workflow policies to ensure seamless project delegation.

Keep upper management informed of potential challenges and solutions.

Collaborate daily with other departments to optimize job flow across the company.
As a Graphic Designer, you'll:
Partner with sales reps and customers to create stunning design layouts that exceed expectations.

Revise designs with precision until proof approval is achieved.

Prepare flawless print files for production, tackling 8-12 projects a day with efficiency and flair.

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

At least three years in graphic design required.
-
At least three years of proven leadership experience is required.

Previous experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Reliable, dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive, dedicated, follows directions, can work independently.

Fluent in Adobe Illustrator CC, knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop CC, proficient in Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets).

Detailed eye - can spell correctly and type quickly

Efficiency-minded - you love the beauty of design but understand the necessity of speed and efficient workflow.

You have patience: Constant revisions from your coworkers and customers under tight deadlines can be very trying at times and takes a patient and understanding person.
