Position Overview: Riceland Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in assisting the Marketing Team Head in developing creative visual content and managing our
social media presence. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for
covering various healthcare settings and events in the vicinity, promoting
Riceland Healthcare's initiatives and engaging with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team Head to develop visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
• Manage and maintain Riceland Healthcare's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to participate in relevant conversations or initiatives.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Riceland Healthcare's services, events, and community initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Riceland Healthcare and various healthcare settings and organizations in the vicinity, attending events, covering news, and fostering partnerships.
• Capture and produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos) during on-site visits to healthcare settings, events, and community engagements.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of hospital-related events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation, engagement, and audience growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture compelling visual content.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and events is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation for attending events and covering different healthcare settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
