Consults with clients regarding project requirements, defines project scopes and design standards. Being a Graphic Design Supervisor advises on best practices for visual communication and provides technical expertise regarding graphic design software, layout, and color management. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Graphic Design Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Graphic Design Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Graphic Design Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This position will support and assist THE rAVe Agency creative team, marketing and sales, and graphics team with various creative assets and offer input during creative meetings to help build internal and client campaigns. The ideal candidate is flexible, nimble, can think quickly, has a passion for visual design and produces the highest quality possible. We are looking for someone creative and driven. This role is perfect for someone looking to explore agency and in-house work as THE rAVe Agency offers both experiences.

Employees must be able to spend 8 hours per day operating a computer to complete work.
Work Environment
This is a paid, summer internship. Work will be performed at our office in Chapel Hill, NC with a remote work option 2-3 days a week. It is expected that you work at least 12-15 hours a week on the agreed schedule. Employees must check in with supervisors at the beginning and end of each work period. Employees must be responsive and active on Slack, Wrike and other digital communication platforms while working. Because we are a flexible company, we understand things come up and plans change. If this happens, please inform your manager(s) ASAP.
