    Contract: 3 months

    Location: Greenville, SC

    Pay Range: 20-24/hr depending on experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with other Design Team members to communicate customer needs, and/or any issues
    • to keep the department in alignment on active projects
    • Communicate project lead time, job status, job changes, cost/price changes, and any discrepancies.
    • Enter card specs into current version of cost workbook to determine cost at requested quantities.
    • Manage bid process/contracts.
    • Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy against estimate and job plan and initiates job order entry.
    • Work with Sales/Customer Care to ensure accurate order entry into ERP system.
    • Complete Production Specification Sheets.
    • Assemble Production Job Jacket (Shop Order/DHR) with material necessary for production.
    • Enter and track all pertinent information for data collection and project status.

    Create monthly KPI reports.

    Requirements:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications or similar program.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and QuarkXpress big PLUS!
