BASIC PURPOSE

Responsible for the development, delivery, management, and continuous improvement of packaging graphics, marketing content, sales collateral, and other graphic assets for all brands. The Graphic Designer will also assist in the development and production of engaging digital assets for use in Social Media, Websites and Digital Campaigns. The Graphic Designer will need to work closely with the Category and Brand Teams, E-Commerce Team and other members of the Creative Team to understand the brands strategy, projects scope, and timing and to assure that the strategy and brand tone is implemented in the creative. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques as well as extensive experience executing graphic design projects from conception to production in order to deliver high quality graphic assets on tight deadlines. Needs to suggest best practices and new ways to attract consumers, based on graphic development trends.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery by producing visually stunning graphic art and visual materials for packaging, trade sales presentation, and the creation of other graphic assets. Coordinates with others, such as design agencies, packaging department or printers to complete the final product.
• Design engaging digital graphic assets for Social Media platforms according to the social media calendar/s from Social Media Coordinator.
• Update creative for existing websites according to the brand teams' specifications while creating visually appealing imagery.
• Suggest best practices and new ways to attract consumers, based on trends and best practices.

• The ideal candidate would be highly creative, communicative, and possess the ability to present work and recommendations to brand teams and management visually in a comprehensive and concise manner.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
• An excellent creative portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary design efforts
• Be up-to-date with industry development and tools
• Strong familiarity with design, visual hierarchy, and color theory
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Travel required – up to 10%

Computer / technical skills:

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects CC workflows

Time of experience:

• 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably with use in marketing based projects

Nice to have:

• Web Design and Development experience
• Experience shooting videos and post-production tasks
• Photography production and post-production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
