Graphic Design Supervisor jobs in San Diego, CA

San Diego art/interior design/architecture firm seeking San Diego-based Graphic Designer and Administrative Assistant.

Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of graphic design, illustrations, art, or other creative skills
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative suites, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Marketing skills, web design, copy writing, all a plus
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is plus, marketing such as Constant Contact, social media, tech skills, photography, large printing knowledge, AutoCAD, architecture, interior design, Microsoft office, excel all a plus.
• Proficiency is 365 Microsoft Suite (Mostly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• QuickBooks Efficiency
• Answering Calls, Taking Messages, and Handling Correspondence
• Arranging Appointments
• Light Accounting and Filing
• Implementing New Procedures and Administrative Systems
• Liaising with Relevant Organizations and Clients
• Acting as a Receptionist and/or Meeting and Greeting Clients
• If More Senior, Recruiting, Training, and Supervising Junior Staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
