Bailey Tree is looking for an Experienced Stump Grinder Foreman!!

The position requires a valid Drivers License, with NO restrictions.

Possession of a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) can earn you more money but is not required!!!!

Duties Include:

• Using our 3 different sized Stump Grinding Machines. Small (Barreto 16-SG), Medium (Vermeer SC362), Large (Vermeer SC552)
• Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Must have the ability to be proactive, plan ahead and problem solve to minimize disruption, errors, risks and to keep job on-task, within budget and on-schedule
• Maintain a clean work vehicle, organized, and operational condition on a daily basis
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
• Work flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonality of the industry
• Loading logs into a trailer.
• Operating a wood chipper.
• Running a chainsaw.
• Raking sticks and cleaning up job sites.

We are offering a pay rate between $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience and whether or not you have a CDL.

*Individuals that are hired for tree services will also be required to do snow removal work when we can't perform tree services in the winter.
