San Diego Hand Specialists is led by a team of 5 surgeons specializing in hand and upper extremity. There are 20 employees who support the daily operations of this clinic. We are looking to add one more to our team who can share the same passion of providing care to our patients and make sure they get better.

A Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring excellent patient experience. Because of this, we are looking for a Front Desk superstar who can help us with the following:

· Answer calls

· Process referrals

· Schedule appointments

· Verify insurance & eligibility

· Check in patients

· Collect co-pay

· Room patients

· File and pull charts

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records required
• 1 year experience as a Front Desk Coordinator preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred
