Grinding and Polishing Worker, Hand jobs in Massachusetts

• Proficient use of hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators; proven ability to read blueprint drawings
• Work as a team member in a group, with the team leader to complete the daily production schedule
• Recognize documentation or manufacturing issues as they arise and bring them to the attention of the team leader
• Performs maintenance on machinery as per ISO requirement
• Maintains custom 1482233" fixtures as required·
• Ability to understand and follow processes from documented engineered manufacturing protocols
• Performs preventative maintenance procedures when required

• High school diploma and/or a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Proven ability to complete multiple tasks effectively and prioritize work
• Basic knowledge of machine shop equipment
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Quality System Standards
• Must be able to work with intensity to meet deadlines and change priorities
• Ability to monitor, instruct and interact with other employees on a day to day basis
• Must have the ability to communicate problems to management
• Ability to read blueprint drawings would be a plus
• Understanding in working with 2-part epoxies & other adhesive materials is a plus
