We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various groundskeeping tasks.
• Shovel & salt walk ways during the Winter months.
• Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, identifying any issues that require attention & escalate accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist maintenance technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Be able to lift 50-75lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
