Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Proven experience as an Assembly Line Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.

- Basic computer skills to input data and monitor machine performance.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy materials.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
