Being a Group Branch Manager establishes goals and performance levels for specified branches according to goals set by the organization. Ensures branches have the tools and personnel needed to meet goals. Additionally, Group Branch Manager monitor financial and customer activity and report results. Branch group's loans and deposits are generally less than $500MM. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management.
