Branch Manager Olympia, Washington Description The Branch Manager will be responsible for attaining Genscos goals for customer service, inside sales, branch operations, Team Member development, and profitability and will perform a full range of management responsibilities.

Education / Experience / Skills Excellence in prior job performance required* Gensco experience preferred* A college degree preferred (not required) 3 years related lead or supervisory experience preferred* Prior outside sales experience preferred* Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred* Strong decision making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions* Strong negotiation skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Strong presentation skills* Strong people management and time management skills* Demonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job done* Thinks creatively and identifies improvement opportunities in sales and operations* Positive approach toward challenging situations* Able to operate computer terminal, personal computer and office machines* Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone* Able to travel to multiple facilities as required and overnight(s) if necessary* Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)* Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis* Able to organize people and promote teamwork Equal Opportunity Employer Our team members enjoy excellent wages and a comprehensive benefits package.
