The Regional Manager of Medical Group Quality will be responsible for providing leadership and administrative management to the MOKAN Medical Group Quality operations and relationships with federal and commercial payors. This position includes office-level leadership through planning, developing, and organizing the workflow; directing and evaluating the activities of the Quality Program and of each staff member, managing financials, promoting the Quality Program within the Missouri/Kansas region, as well as the greater medical community. The Regional Quality Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of all aspects of the practice clinical workflows and quality operations including but not limited to Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC ), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), chronic care management, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and submitting performance and progress dashboards and reports to federal and commercial payors. Other responsibilities also include creating and enforcing a goal-oriented annual action plan for all practices in the MOKAN region. The perfect candidate will be have excellent verbal and written communication skils, be organized, and dedicated to achieving exceptional patient care and healthcare quality.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
2. RN preferred
3. Master’s degree preferred
4. Medical Group experience preferred.
5. Three to Five years management work experience in an acute care facility or healthcare practice preferred.
6. Previous experience with oversight of a CMS Quality program- including implementation and ongoing oversight (e.g. MIPS, CPC , PCMH, chronic care management, etc.)
