General Manager Qualifications:- Previous Experience in High-Volume Restaurants
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment while Working with a Calm Presence
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to Supervise Multiple Departments
- Possess Strong Leadership Skills and Qualities that Drive Results
- Possess a Can-Do attitude with a Passion for Hospitality.
- Flexible Schedule to Accommodate Business Demands that Include Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Ability to Pivot at any Given Moment to Drive the Business Forward
*** Base Salary range $76-$82k annually with monthly performance-based bonuses (potential to earn an additional $18k annually). Benefits include paid vacation, monthly dining credit (can be used at any of our locations), phone and parking allowances, and monthly medical, dental, vision insurance assistance.
