We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Sales Manager and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. You will play a key role in the development of new business as you solicit new accounts and nurture and grow client relationships. The Group Sales Manager must demonstrate effective project management skills and be a team player with an engaging and approachable style. We are looking for a candidate that is driven to get involved in the community to further the goals of the hotel and to create lasting relationships that secure the property’s long term positioning.
As a Group Sales Manager, you will lead and manage all day-to-day activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
The Group Sales Manager will partner with the General Manager, Director of Sales and Revenue Management team to strategically position the new hotel in the market and drive revenue. This position will proactively engage in direct sales and business development tactics to increase top line revenue and achieve budgeted revenue numbers, RevPAR and market share goals.

We are looking for a self-motivated Group Sales Manager with solid leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability to establish rapport with both new and existing clients.
