Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and sales performance
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
- Assist with training new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed pricing decisions
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies
- Strong math skills for analyzing sales data
- Familiarity with POS systems for accurate transaction processing
