Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service in line with our core values
• Generate leads on a variety of current and future constructProactively meet with current and new/potential customers
• Prepare and submit bids, processing submittals, contracts and change orders
• Performing take-offs and interpreting plans
• Prepare bids and submitting proposals for projects
• Secure project bids and review contracts
• Project manage jobs awarded, job cost tracking
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols of the company and local agencies (OSHA, HIOSH)
• Communication with clients, GC’s, subs or owners as necessary to complete projects
• Lead and participate in a variety of sales events
• Other duties

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years Estimating experience in the construction industry
• Prior roofing estimating experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, interpret and quantify construction drawings and specifications
• Computer competent, including MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong skills in math, writing, communications & negotiations
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License
• Regular in-office attendance is required
