Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) manages commercial lending activity for a designated market of the organization. Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio. Additionally, Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Builds a high-performance lending team with individual coaching and professional development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Commercial Cleaning Manager/Supervisor

  • Supervises : Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees

    Basic Function : Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Manage Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees
    • Hire employees
    • Supplement site inspections & follow-up plans
    • Manage Labor budget in assigned areas
    • Put together strategy if over budget, on how to come into alignment
    • Manage and evaluate time-keeping system
    • Scheduling: work loading new and existing accounts
    • Work with OP management team. It is your responsibility to provide the customer with the service we have promised and they deserve. The buck stops at you.
    • Work closely in a team-like manner with OP management and follow up on tasks generated by the OP management team. (Example: talk with employee because of poor inspection)
    • Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows, under the direction of OP Senior Management
    • Report nightly via an area managers written report. Report accounts for: time, activities and tasks performed/ accomplished
    • Attend staff meetings held weekly accounting for time, tasks completed, tasks yet to completed, problem-solving with owners and management team
    • Every and all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in your area
    • Work whatever hours necessary to perform the above duties and any other duties not listed, but required for the business to be successful
    • Work minimum of 40 hours per week, week can be as high as 45 hours per week.
    • Performance-based incentives (bonuses)-Based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
    • Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis or as needed (if applicable)
    • JOB DUTIES:
      • Oversee the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a nightly/regular basis.
      • Train and support new employees.
      • Insures new employees are trained on how to alarm and disarm the building, and to report any dropped alarms on nightly report.
      • Train new employees on how to use the time keeping system, and report any problems to the office.
      • Provide re-training to employees when necessary and provide feedback on nightly reports.
      • Submit daily reports to the office no later than 1:00pm for the previous day/night (employee issues/supply shortages and problems with accounts, alarms, etc.).
      • Cross-train employees to work in buildings to provide coverage when needed.
      • Insure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office.
      • Insures compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures.
      • Insures the appropriate attire is worn by Office Pride employees.

      • Insures safety and security measures are enforced at all times.

      • Immediately report any situation that may be considered a safety issue.

      • Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office).

      • Perform other duties / tasks as assigned

      • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes occur with little or no notice.
      • Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients and employees.
      • Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
      • Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.
      • Must care about quality, be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.
      • Able to lift 35 lbs
      • Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
      • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
      • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
