Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) manages commercial lending activity for a designated market of the organization. Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio. Additionally, Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Builds a high-performance lending team with individual coaching and professional development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service
- Solicit for new or renewed customer business
- Receive payments and post to customer accounts
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security
- Prepare and handle office deposits
- Prepare and process applications
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts by both written and telephone communications, and also through customer home visits.

- Prepare and assemble reports for remittance, and for branch records
- Establish rapport with clients to build working relationships and increase retention
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare individual tax returns utilizing the information provided by the clients, and entering the information into tax preparation software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
