Job Description

Description :

Monitors, guides, and works with team to meet Quality targets. Works with various department throughout factory. Provides leadership in complex Quality processes.

Ensures that work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals. Instructs and trains new team members. Able to convey and receive information clearly.

Ability to show empathy, adaptability, teamwork. Monitors supplies and materials within the department. Able to delegate in absence of team members.

May perform other job-related duties as assigned or directed by Quality Supervisor.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination for education and experience.
• Expert working knowledge of Quality, manufacturing, and distribution processes
• Able to use computer, tablet, and camera
• Able to read tape measure, use calipers and write legibly
• Able to use PIRL and SAP
• Basic ability to effectively coach and positively influence others while socializing / reinforcing the appropriate functional / operational direction
• Effective verbal communication
• Displays sound judgement and leadership
• Working knowledge of IT solutions
• Able to resolve conflict
