The ideal candidate will oversee the entire marketing department and company campaigns. Although the company has been in business for forty years, our brands has continued to expand and grow tremendously in the last four years, requiring the marketing department to make some rapid revisions to keep up with the current trends to support the sales team. We are seeking someone well-versed and experienced in building a marketing program to support luxury brand items, knowledgeable of current and best practices for today’s markets and preferably who has experience in the aviation field.
As the Marketing Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for all Marketing-related aspects within the Americas. Plans, directs, and performs marketing activities to ensure product and process compliance. Responsible for developing and guiding marketing strategies and company vision, creating and implementing a marketing plan for the Americas, and broadening the marketing avenues to include, but not limited to, print and digital media, magazines, TV, movies, and broadcasting.
This crucial role will enhance and springboard our products on social media, create new marketing streams in new and untapped markets, and assist the Sales department in developing a marketing strategy for new business areas that complement existing offerings.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities include the following:
1. Understanding all products and services to speak intelligently with current and prospective clients, including how they stack up to the competition.
2. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products, including but not limited to aircraft sales, aircraft parts, etc.
3. Identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the marketing goals.
4. Gathering and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
5. Prepare and maintain an annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment.
6. Develop effective presentations (orally and written) where ideas, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions are clearly understood.
7. Oversee Social Media schedules, including any additional companies that may be added in the future, which includes creating/posting content and responding to comments and messages.
8. Travel to conduct outside calls, promote the entire Brand, and review competition.
9. Design and source promotional materials
10. Actively attend local and community networking events. Represent the company at trade shows, industry, and local events as specified.
11. Accept leadership responsibilities by modeling proper marketing techniques, effective development of others' commitment to the industry, and personal development.
12. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
13. Develop and implement a brand image and strategy.
14. Assist in creating and writing content for quarterly newsletters and various email communications with clientele, employees, and others as needed.
15. Great understanding of how to create and develop budgets, review analytical data, meet and monitor KPIs, and evaluate trends and adjustments needed to meet Company standards.
16. Collaborate with third party agency on content creation and clearly communicate direction of brand.
17. Other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from a four-year college or university or six (6 ) years of related experience and/ or training, preferably in the aerospace / aviation industry.
· Minimum of five (5) years of related Marketing, Branding, and Advertisement experience in a capacity running a marketing department.
· Adobe Creative Suites, MacBook, Windows Suites, Microsoft Suites, Podcast experience a plus.
Qualifications
