Being a Hard Tile Setter may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Hard Tile Setter relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. JOB SUMMARY: This position will join the sales team in assisting customers in our showrooms. The duties include creating selection sheets with drawings for customers, place customer orders, conduct face to face meetings, provide interior design and project advice and assistance to customers, create invoices, process payments, contact vendors for reorders, answer phones, and maintain the showroom in a high state of appearance.
