Job Summary:
Unified Door & Hardware Group is seeking a Hollow Metal / Hardware Associate Floater. The primary role of the HM/ Hardware Floater is to be the backup for our current HM Tech and Hardware department. This position will require versatility and the ability to shift focus on a daily basis.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull customer orders as directed by Lead.
• Put stock into designated areas.
• Assist in quarterly inventory.
• Complete shop orders as directed by Lead.
• Quality control of completed work.
• Staging of completed work.
• Pull and pack completed orders.
• Install glass and light kits.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; or Trade School Certificate 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Metal bodywork & Bondo experience is a plus.
• Effective communication with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location:

• This position requires an onsite presence at our Vineland, NJ site.
