This opportunity is for a Thermal Hardware Engineering Manager within the Thermal Integrated Product Team (Thermal IPT) of the Lunar Transportation business unit. This person will lead the Thermal Component team or the Thermal Design team within the Thermal Hardware group. 20-30% of your time will be dedicated to personnel/team management (hiring, performance reviews, time cards, mentoring, etc.) while the other 70-80% will be as a senior-level individual contributor to the hardware engineering efforts on the thermal subsystem.
