Hardware Engineering Director directs and oversees all aspects of hardware engineering activities within an organization. Establishes policies and procedures that produce high-quality hardware products. Being a Hardware Engineering Director ensures all hardware engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established polices and objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Hardware Engineering Director typically reports to top management. The Hardware Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. 1. Sales Counter Work:
-Must be willing to learn and operate POS system.
-Must be friendly and greet customers
2. Heavy Lifting:
-Must be able to lift 100lb blasting sand, and 80lb concrete and mortar mixes.
-Must be able to load pipe, cattle panels, water tanks, and any other materials in the yard.
3. Weekend Work
-Must be willing to work weekends.
4. Maintenance chores:
-Must be willing and able to dust shelves, sweep floors, inside and outside.
-Must be willing to clean bathroom, and common areas.
